Customer Reviews for Auto Detailing Summerville
Comments from Summerville customers, shared with their permission and in their own words. No made up quotes and no paid reviews.
We publish a review only after a customer’s job is finished and they tell us we can share their words. The first ones will appear here as they come in. If we’ve detailed your car, you can add yours today.
Leave Your Feedback →How Do Reviews Get on This Page?
Every review starts with our feedback form. After a job, the customer rates the work and tells us what went well and what didn’t. If they choose to share it, we post their comments here with their first name and neighborhood. If they choose private, it stays private.
Real jobs only
A review has to match a vehicle we worked on. We don’t accept reviews from people who haven’t booked us.
Their words, not ours
We may fix a typo. We don’t rewrite, trim out the criticism or change what someone meant.
Permission first
Nothing is published unless the customer says yes on the form. Full names, phone numbers and addresses are never shown.
Nothing in return
We don’t pay for reviews or trade discounts for them. A review that was bought tells you nothing.
Questions About Our Reviews
What Do You Ask Customers After a Job?
Four things. Which service they had, how they’d rate it from one to five, what went well and what we could do better. The same form asks if we may share their comments.
What If Someone Had a Bad Experience?
We want to hear it first. A call or a note through the feedback form gets it in front of the people who did the work, and we’ll do what we can to make it right.
Can I See Your Work Before I Book?
Our service pages show example photos of each type of job. On your own car, you see the finished work during the walk around, before you pay anything.
How Else Can I Check a Detailer?
Ask for proof of insurance, a written list of what’s included and one clear price. Our guide on how to choose a car detailer lists eight questions to ask anyone, including us.
Had Your Car Detailed by Us?
Tell us how it went. It takes about two minutes, and it stays private unless you say otherwise.
